For a successful CRM system deployment it is essential that your system is planned in advance.
We assign a CRMLogic Project Team to work with you to plan and document your requirements and match them to features and functions within the CRM system. We also ensure that your IT infrastructure meets the recommended requirements for your CRM solution ensuring that the system can be deployed.
Following your feedback from the documented plan, we will confirm the actions and software components required, and then move the project on to the Design phase.
