Design
The Design phase begins the process of building out your CRM solution. Your CRMLogic Project Team will create a new CRM database system to the precise requirements set out and documented in the planning phase and configure the system to your needs.
During Design, the IT infrastrucutre is tested to ensure compliance and all systems procedures are put in place.
Once the Design has been tested and signed off, then your CRMLogic Project Team will move to the Customisation phase.
