Customisation

During the customisation phase, your CRMLogic Project Team import company and contact data into your CRM system, populate pick-lists and create the neccessary user accounts to access the system. The CRM system will then be integrated with your other in-house systems (such as Accounting and Telephony) and any required email and document templates specified will be created.

Your CRMLogic Project Team also create and build the specified System Metric and Management Reports that will be used with your CRM system. Other reports that amalgamate data from various data sources can also be created at this time if required.

Once the system customisation is complete, your CRM Project Team will be ready to train your users.
