To enable you to get the most from your CRM system we offer all our clients telephone and remote access CRM Technical Support. For a low monthly fee you can get access to qualified Support Technicians who can assist you with your technical queries.
Standard Technical Support is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Extended Technical Support is available 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
We also offer on-site Support Services when required at our standard Consultancy rates.
